Recycling solvent in Z-WEB™ production.
In our non-woven production process, we use a closed-loop solvent recovery system. This system captures and recycles the solvent we use, then repurposes it to help heat our ovens. On average, this process reduces solvent waste by 10-15% and lowers our overall energy use.
