Every employee spotlight, we highlight employees that help fill an important role at ARC. With shared interests and a common purpose, we recognize that results only come from an amazing team.
Jessica Taylor, Plant Manager
Meet Jessica Taylor. Jessica’s 17 year journey at ARC has been working in cartridge rolls, to line lead, and is now Plant Manager. Her main duties and focus are overseeing manufacturing supervisors and operations throughout the plant.
Jessica’s favorite part about working for ARC is the family atmosphere, and working with a great group of people that make it worth coming to work every day.
Marcus Atkins, Slitter/Material Handler
Meet Marcus Atkins. Marcus started 10 years ago at ARC, working in material handling and now helps run the small slitter machine. His main duties and focus are running the slitter, material handling, and helping other departments when assistance is needed.
Marcus’ favorite part about working for ARC is the people he works with. He also enjoys the fact that ARC gives back to the employees.
