Lauren Carson, Director of Marketing
Meet Lauren Carson. Lauren will be starting her role as Marketing Director in May. Her main duties and focus will be analyzing market trends, developing strategies across product categories, and developing the corporate image and brand positioning.
Lauren accepted this role because of the exciting opportunity to transform ARC into a more market-focused company, while further improving marketing and communication efforts.
Tommy McCoy, Machine Operator
Meet Tommy McCoy. Tommy started at ARC 5 years ago, filling his role as a Machine Operator in the Quick-Lok Department. He has been awarded employee of the month, and President John Hadley has a few words to say on his hard work.
“I chose Tommy McCoy for the Presidential Award due to his much appreciated enthusiasm for team building, and mentoring on the front lines.
I speak with Tommy several times per week and his energy and desire to improve inspires me to do more, and do better.
