Tommy McCoy, Machine Operator
Meet Tommy McCoy. Tommy has been with ARC for 4 years and works on second shift in the Quick-Lok department. He operates both machines, laminates material, and also helps out the other departments with tasks when needed.

Tommy’s favorite part about working for ARC is the people and his team. He enjoys that his team works hard every shift and they all work together very well.

Heather Moore, Production Supervisor
Meet Heather Moore. Heather began at ARC about 7 months ago as a production supervisor. She supervises the daily production orders in the Quick-Lok department ensuring the orders are ran and material is prepared for production.

Heather’s favorite part about working for ARC is the friendly atmosphere. She also enjoys the events and activities to boost morale.
