Meet Bruce Smith. Bruce started at ARC over a year ago, and has worked in the Performance Coating department. His main duties and focus are coating core products with our proprietary formula, Performance Coating.

Bruce’s favorite part about working for ARC is the teamwork environment, and laid-back atmosphere provided.

Pattie Asher, Shipping Clerk
Meet Pattie Asher. Pattie started at ARC 27 years ago, filling her role as a Clerk in the Shipping Department. She has been awarded employee of the month, and President John Hadley has a few words to say on her hard work.

“I chose Pattie Asher for the Presidential Award due to her dedication to ARC, her team, and our clients during a very challenging period of time.

I think Pattie has a pride and energy to serve ARC clients every day. Even when the world’s shipping isn’t working, Pattie is!
