Meet Chris Caldwell. Chris started 3 years ago at ARC, and has been in the Operations department where his main duties and focus are procurement, shipping, and supplier relationships.

Chris’ favorite part about working for ARC is having the ability to make a positive change. He also enjoys the friendly people he works with.

Carleen Kemper, Accounts Payable & Payroll
Meet Carleen Kemper. Carleen’s 15 year journey at ARC has been in the Accounting and Human Resource department, and took on the role of Accounts Payable in 2018. Her main duties and focus are maintaining historical records, and keeping track of all payments and expenditures.

Carleen’s favorite part about working for ARC is having opportunities to help others, and likes to help contribute to the company. She also appreciates working with a great group of people.
