Meet Randie Gray. Randie began her career at ARC rolling cartridge rolls 28 years ago. With her many talents, she has flourished from supervisor, to shipping manager, to customer service, and now works in accounts receivable.

Lona Elliott, Line Leader
Meet Lona Elliott. Lona started out 21 years ago in the Belt Department running belts completely on her own. The department since has grown and she now is the Line Leader to assure orders are processed and slit accurately and efficiently.

Lona is dedicated to the consistent challenge the job brings every day and she enjoys the adrenaline rush when busy. Please stop by the Belt Department and say hi to Lona and thank her for her years of support to ARC Abrasives!
