Joanna Hayes, Machine Operator
Meet Joanna Hayes. Joanna works on 3rd shift in the Flap Disc department mostly operating the machine. Working at ARC for almost 7 years, her experience has grown so she also assists the PSA and Quick-Lok departments in addition to her own duties.

Joanna enjoys working for ARC because of the flexibility of being able to work 3rd shift and having a great job. Please stop by the Flap Disc department and say hi to Joanna and thank her for her years of support to ARC Abrasives!

Patsy Patterson, Line Leader
Meet Patsy Patterson. Patsy began at ARC 20 years ago in the Belt department. Not long after, she moved to the Flap Disc department and has since grown into the department’s line leader and possess the knowledge to run all the materials on the machines.

Patsy’s favorite part about working for ARC is the teamwork environment and her great crew she works with. She also enjoys her vacation time and Chester (big dog lover)! Please stop by Flap Disc department and say hi to Patsy and thank her for her years of support to ARC Abrasives!
