Monica Godfrey, Machine Operator
Meet Monica Godfrey. Beginning in the Flap Disc department 6 years ago, Monica operated the hubber machine and now operates the Flap Disc machine. She also assists with inspecting and running the smaller machine.

Monica’s favorite part about working for ARC is her team she works with. She also enjoys the fun events and extra perks like the food truck visit. Please stop by the Flap Disc department and say hi to Monica and thank her for her years of support to ARC Abrasives!

Rob Gwisdala, Floater
Meet Rob Gwisdala. Rob started at ARC 3 years ago in the Wide Belt department. He now works as a Floater helping the PSA, Cartridge Roll, and Quick-Lok departments with tasks such as taking out trash, packing, folding pads, and preparing material for rolling.

Rob’s favorite part about working for ARC is the events and activities like the parking lot party and hot cocoa bar. He also appreciates the small family feel. Please stop by the Quick-Lok department and say hi to Rob and thank him for his years of support to ARC Abrasives!
