Patsy Patterson, Line Leader
Meet Patsy Patterson. Patsy began at ARC 21 years ago in the Belt department. Not long after, she moved to the Flap Disc department and has since grown into the department’s line leader and possess the knowledge to run all the materials on the machines.
Patsy’s favorite part about working for ARC is the teamwork environment and her great crew she works with. She also enjoys her vacation time and Chester (big dog lover)!
Tim Meiring, Slitter/Material Handler
Meet Tim Meiring. Tim’s 4 years at ARC has been working in the Slitting Department, running the machine and helping with material handling. His main duties and focus are running the slitter, material handling, and closing down the factory when everything is set for the day.
Tim’s favorite part about working for ARC is the relaxed and free atmosphere, and working with a great group of people.
