Terry Gray, Maintenance Manager
Meet Terry Gray. He started working with ARC within the last month as the Maintenance Manager. Terry started strong by going above and beyond – keeping ARC efficient by utilizing his wide-range of knowledge, talents, and resources to improve operations throughout the company.

Terry’s favorite part about working for ARC is the teamwork environment and laid-back atmosphere provided.

Carla Connolly, Machine Operator / Quick-Loks
Meet Carla Connolly. Carla started at ARC 5 months ago in the Quick-Lok department. Her main duties and focus are assisting the team in production, performing tasks such as buttoning, tumbling, and operating the machines.

Carla’s favorite part about working for ARC is the fun atmosphere. She goes out of her way to make people smile and enjoy the day.
