What is the ordering policy?
ARC Abrasives has a minimum order policy of $100 USD on all orders. Items ordered outside minimum packaging increments must be over $100 and will include a 10% upcharge.
What are the shipping terms?
ARC Abrasives ships to all 50 states in the United States and internationally from our warehouse in Troy, Ohio. Orders shipped within the continental United States are shipped via our choice of carrier. United States orders of $500 USD or more will receive free freight, otherwise shipping costs are prepaid and added. All international shipments will be shipped freight collect. Freight will be charged for any special requests for partial shipments or for shipments made by other than normal means, such as UPS or FedEx Next-Day Air.
How long until my order is shipped?
Shipping times vary based on quantity or custom products ordered. Most stock shelf orders are shipped within 2-5 business days from the date the order was received. International shipments may be subject to delays by federal regulations or customs processes.

What is the return policy?
Special orders and non-stock items are non-refundable. Returns on stock items must be approved first and assigned an Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number. RGA numbers are obtained by contacting customer service. Items must be in original ARC packaging with equal or less than received quantity and can only be returned up to 6 months after the date of invoice. Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee at ARC’s discretion.
