Eric Atkins, Belt Slitter
Meet Eric Atkins. In the 13 years Eric has been with ARC he has held positions in various departments. First he spent 11 years in Shipping handling picks, transfers, and tracking shipments. Afterward he transitioned into SCM for about 6 months then into Belts where he currently operates the slitter machine.

Brianna Cromwell, Floater
Meet Brianna Cromwell. Brianna started working for ARC 2 years ago on second shift. As a floater she assists various departments in verifying product quality, preparing products for shipment, feeding parts, and has experience operating most machines. Most of her time is spent in the Quick-Lok department.
Joanna Hayes, Machine Operator
Meet Joanna Hayes. Joanna works on 3rd shift in the Flap Disc department mostly operating the machine. Working at ARC for almost 7 years, her experience has grown so she also assists the PSA and Quick-Lok departments in addition to her own duties.

Bill Willoughby, Maintenance
Meet Bill Willoughby. He works assisting the maintenance team with machine repairs and building efficiency. Bill also goes beyond keeping ARC efficient by utilizing his wide range of knowledge, talents, and resources to improve operations throughout the company and decrease outsourced projects.
